Kendal English School celebrated Arts Day, a special occasion dedicated to creativity, artistic expression and the active participation of our entire school community.

From 10:00 to 13:00, our students had the opportunity to explore different forms of art and showcase their talents through a variety of engaging activities.

Among the highlights was the “My Favourite Artist” Characterization, where students came dressed as artists, musicians, painters, actors and actresses who inspire them, allowing creativity and imagination to take centre stage.

The school also hosted the Kendal English School Voice Festival, featuring talented students from both the Middle School (5th–8th Grade) and Senior School (9th–12th Grade).

Another meaningful activity was the “My Identity” Painting Competition, inviting students to express through art their interests, culture, dreams and personal vision of the world.

Our Living Pictures brought famous works of art to life as students recreated them through body expression, costumes and scenery, connecting with artistic heritage in a creative and participatory way.

Students also enjoyed a variety of Art Workshops, where they experimented with different techniques and explored new forms of visual expression.

At Kendal English School, we believe that art is a powerful way to discover who we are, express what we feel and connect with others. Arts Day was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate creativity, diversity and the unique talents that make our community special.
